What is the lifespan of Lucki?

The service life of Lucki based on three years of effective use, which is closely related to the customer's habits, frequency, environment, etc.

What about Lucki's after-sales warranty?

Maintenance services are up to five* years and four months from the date of delivery. *(Depends on the package you purchased)

Does Lucki support integration with the customer order system?

The standard functions of the robot do not depend on any order system. Nonetheless, based on the SDK and API provided by ORION STAR, developers can integrate themselves. The robot's application is based on Android.

How was the training arranged after we received the Robot?

ORIONSTAR provides online training, we have a complete set of online learning system, including real-time online support, live training, video self-study and exams. ORIONSTAR will issue certificates to qualified distributors.

Does Lucki support offline use?

Lucki can perform basic navigation functions such as cruise, delivery, and lead without the Internet. Internet support is required for software updates, TTS playback, and customization of creatives.
